I used to be pretty much a one fandom girl. I read in Harry Potter and Smallville, but most of my fannish thoughts and energy went to Buffy. But now (dramatic pause) new fandoms are jumping up and demanding my attention all the time.

Torchwood - What can you say about a slash pairing that has canon video of the guys making out? Yum? More please? Jack/Ianto is my favorite, but with this fandom, you can go to any pairing and make it work.

High School Musical - Shut up! Yes, I'm almost 30. You wanna make something of it? Chad/Ryan is my new guilty pleasure OTP. And you know what I love? I love that this is an inter-racial pairing with tons of interest.

Hollyoaks - John Paul McQueen continues to eat my brain (but not literally). One of these days I'm gonna do a picspam, because he deserves one.

And right now I'm watching Make Me a Supermodel and fighting the urge to write Ben/Ronnie RPS. I could handwave Ben's wife, right? They are so cute together. *flails at the cuteness*

Ah, Hollyoaks. *sigh* That fandom did bad things to me and my social life. Especially considering I live in the US. Difficult and dirty. I loved them. *pets JP and Craig*

I know! I've spent so many hours watching them on YouTube, it's not remotely amusing. I wanted so badly for John Paul and Craig to work out, even though I usually wanted to bash Craig over the head. *shakes fist at Guy Burnet for leaving* I'm hoping that the new developments for John Paul next week will bring some excitement (and boy-kissing) back to his storyline. *crosses fingers*
