Doctor. Doctor.

I don't know if everyone has already seen this, but I hadn't before today, so I want to share. The description from the poster is,"A special 7-minute episode set between Last of the Time Lords and Voyage of the Damned. A paradox causes the Doctor to meet...the Doctor. Five vs. Ten - it's a fanboy's dream come true!"

I laughed so hard at the line about the Master's beard my husband and son got worried about me. :o)

i can't get into this cause i'm at work, but i take it it's the skit from children in need last week? with david tennant's 'you were my doctor'?

i don't really like dr who these days, and i've never liked david tennant (much to my sister's disgust) but i have to say... I might have fallen in love with him just a little bit when he did that 'my doctor' bit at the end... we're the same age(ish) you see... so perter davison was MY doctor too! actually, i'm welling up a little bit thinking about it! he was just to adorable and lovely *g*

and the bit about the beard? CLASSIC.

Yes, that's the skit! I love David Tennant, personally, but I recognize that not everyone does. And I can empathize a bit with Peter Daison being your Doctor. I was really young when we lived in England, so I took away little but a lingering fondness for Chas & Dave and an insistence that 'grey' be spelled with an 'e' (though the rest of my spelling is standard American). The other things I took were flashes of television, mostly Top of the Pops and Doctor Who. The Fifth Doctor was my sole image of Doctor Who whenever he came up in conversation for a very long time.
