It took me a minute to figure out why someone would tell heavy person "take the stairs." If someone's carrying more weight than you, don't they deserve the elevator more than you?

People really don't get that saying "have you lost weight" or "you're so thin" is *not* a compliment. And if you're talking to someone who happens to be anorexic (and many people dont realize, you don't have to look thin to be anorexic) especially not helpful. Errgh.
