Oh, I'm so glad you liked it! That's my biggest worry in ficathon situations - whether or not the person who prompted the fic will actually like it. I had a great time reading Yeats to decide what I should use in the story. I read "The Mask," and the 'emerald eyes' bit made me think of Doyle immediately.
