I got my icon from katekat1010 at this post (http://katekat1010.livejournal.com/135777.html#cutid1), which is pretty mush all Xander. You can click the tag for "My Icons" on her lj and see if the icons you're looking for are in another of her posts. I know a lot of people did comics icons, though, so it's possible you'll find them elsewhere.
