I like how you made Xander a competent bartender (considering it's his first night, he's not doing too badly), but not somebody from Cocktails. More realistic that way. Puts his family background to work for him, for a change.
I love how you've characterized all of them. Poor Riley gets bashed so much, it's nice to see somebody appreciating him!
