Hey, does this sentence make any sense?  "Her friend spent so much time steeping herself in magic lately, Buffy considered it a miracle Willow's fingers weren't pruny." 

When I wrote it, the steeping / tea / hot bath connection worked in my head, but now I'm concerned that it's nonsensical and annoying. Input?

You're welcome! I know I... haven't really been around much. I should try and catch up with the feedback and stuff.

Heh - I think I am the queen of not making sense :) sometimes my analogies go on tangents, and I end up someplace entirely different than my intended destination. Luckily, the Sunnydale babble is handy for shoring up stuff like that, since it's the kind of stuff they do.
